Return & Refund Policy

a. Reprint Policy
1) We have a 7-day reprint policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a reprint. To be eligible for a reprint, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. There will be no reprints without prior approval of the request.
2) All final items are inspected before reaching the client. However, if you were unhappy with the quality of the print, you can return the product and receive a reprint.
3) Reprints are issued on a case-by-case basis, granted the defect in quality is noticeable within reasonable bounds.
4) Please note that considering the nature of printing, no two items are guaranteed to look 100% identical. There is a margin of error in print. If the change is noticeable enough, it will be considered under article a.3. and reprinted.
5) Upon confirmation of print material, Persis Print assumes that the client has proofread the design in full. Any mistakes in spelling (including wrong numbers) are the client's responsibility. Make sure to proofread and check for "typos" before approving for print.
b. Damages and issues
1) Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2) If the product or service has been altered by another party after initial delivery (e.g. you or another service provider tried to fix the damage or change product without Persis Print representatives present), it is no longer considered our legal or ethical responsibility. We cannot know what changes were made in our absence. Such damages will be charged extra to correct.
3) It is highly recommended that you communicate with us directly and as quickly as possible after receiving the products.
c. Return Policy/Exchange Policy
1) Considering the nature of our work, the only returnable/exchangeable items are hardware & accessories.
2) Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any customized prints or designs that cannot be resold.
1) The only refunds issued will be on returnable and exchangeable items listed above.
2) Our goal is to keep our customers happy. We are happy to provide Reprints (category a) and correct mistakes (category b). At this moment, we do not provide full refunds for our prints, but will be open to store credits if all else fails.
3) There will be no refunds on shipping costs.
