Can you ship my order to me?

Yes absolutely. We currently offer pick ups at our location as well for those nearby, but we also partner with a courier for lower cost shipping options for our customers.

Do I have to be in Ontario to place an order?

You can place an order from anywhere, although most our customers are from Canada and the U.S. We can always ship your order to your location.

Can you design my file for me?

We have design services in-house for a fee for those who may need it. Our price-to-expertise ratio is better than hiring a freelance designer, but you can also work with an external designer or design your own file.

I need my print done ASAP. Can you get it done for me today?

For smaller orders, it is possible that we can finish your work same- or next-day. However, this is not guaranteed and we ask that you let us know if your work is a rush job.

I’m working on a budget. Can you provide discounts?

We currently offer discounts to non-profit organizations, students of all levels, and teachers. As a general rule, our standard products are not the cheapest on the market, and we aim for above average for our base offers. However, if you truly only care about getting your work done, there are usually lower cost alternatives in stock. Please ask us for recommendations!

Where do you source your materials from?

We are a proud Canadian-owned and operated business. Our suppliers are all Canadian, and we value quality over all. As a rule, even our most standard stock is above average in the market, and higher quality than cheap alternatives you may find at other print shops.

Are your materials eco-friendly?

Most our materials such as our papers and clothing are eco-friendly and certified. If you are looking to only print on eco-friendly materials, feel free to request that. We also recycle our toner containers to reduce waste, and use non-toxic machines (and ink) to ensure safety for our staff and our planet.

Do you outsource your printing?

Here at Persis Print, we are the secret behind many of your favorite small print shops. We print everything in-house, at our warehouse in Richmond Hill, ON. We are proud to be the printing partner to many resellers and print shops across Ontario. When you buy from us, you are cutting the middle man, and making sure that you get the best price from the source.
